I personally like the platform TryInteract.

On their paid version, the user will complete the quiz, then to get the results, they need to enter their email address. This would likely make them give their email because they’ve already taken the quiz.

But if you don’t really want to have another expense, there is a way around this.

You can use their free version to create a quiz and they get the result straight away. But to get access to this quiz, you would have an email opt-in first

Here’s the flow:

1- Call to action “Get Access to my quiz” - This links to a (hidden/not linked) opt-in page on your website.

2 -Put an email/newsletter block on that page. Set up the post submit to redirect to the link for the quiz.

3 - When they submit their email address, they will be directed away from your website to the quiz.

4 - Make sure you have an automated email (for about an hour later)that rehashes all of the results, a few tips to get started and a call to action to work with you.
