We recommend booking the start date at least 6–8 weeks ahead to ensure your client has enough time to prepare their branding, copywriting, and images. If you request an earlier start date, we’ll need proof that everything is ready.

If your client doesn’t have all required assets submitted by the agreed start date, delay fees may apply, as we reserve dedicated time for each project and cannot fill the slot on short notice.

This is listed in our sub-contract agreement with you and we suggest adding to the service agreement between you and your client.

Yes! Copywriting and brand strategy can be added to the Launch or Elevate packages for $500 + GST. We also offer a standalone branding package that includes logos, colour palettes, and font pairings for $1200 + GST.

We’re flexible! For premium packages like the Thrive package, it’s recommended that we handle the design strategy call directly with the client to gather insights and set expectations. However, we’re happy to work behind the scenes if you prefer to be the main point of contact.

Because the client facing role takes up time, there is a difference between prices. Refer to the original proposal for White Label and Sub-contractor (client facing) prices.

We use Markup.io for presenting drafts and gathering feedback. It’s user-friendly and helps keep feedback organised in one place. Clear direction for the revisions phase will be emailed to yourself or the client when the first draft is ready for review.

• Launch Package: 1 round of revisions with 24 hours to submit feedback.

• Elevate Package: 2 rounds of revisions with 48 hours per round.

• Thrive Package: 2 rounds of revisions with up to 14 days to submit feedback for more in-depth fine-tuning.

Additional revisions outside the package will be charged at $125/hr + GST.

We offer stock image sourcing at no additional charge, but paid image licensing fees are not included.

We source images from Unsplash, Pexels and Pixabay. If the client is wanting a specific type of image and it is only available on a site such as Adobe Images, they will need to pay for the license under their own name. Adobe images does have a free trial that includes up to 10 images. In this case, i put the watermarked image on the website to see if it fits and once confirmed, the client will be responsible for downloading the licensed photo and sending it to us.

Yes! All websites come with an optional client handover and training session, so your client can confidently make updates. We also provide access to helpful video tutorials as needed.

Full page screenshots are taken at the finalisation of the project and kept as proof of design at the time of handover so if the client makes a mess of the page or site, you can show them these as proof of your handover project.

Backups are not kept.

Once you have paid the balance, we will transfer ownership of the website over to your squarespace account. We can stay on as a contributor in case any support is needed.

Your client will need to pay for their Squarespace subscription for the site to go live.

Our internal process for this is to add them as a contributor to the website with Admin access, they then sign up to squarespace and then the site can be published.

I then usually transfer ownership of the website over to them and then stay on as a contributor incase they need work done in the future,

While our primary service focuses on building and handing over the website, we offer support packages if your client requires ongoing updates or help managing their site after launch.

These can be booked in for our hourly rate of $125+gst per hour or we can quote on a specific project update if it’s a fair bit of work to be done.

At this stage, we are only offering Squarespace website design for white label and sub contractor work. This is because Wordpress is quiet a technical program and there is a fair bit involved. If you have a client wanting a Wordpress website, please get in contact and we will negotiate a referral fee instead.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining 50% due before the first round of revisions. Invoices are issued when the first draft of the website is sent.

Please ensure your payment terms with your client align with this also.

We can absolutely add additional pages or features. These will be quoted at $300 per page + GST. We’ll advise on any timeline changes that may occur due to additional requests.
